What is your returns policy?

If your order arrives and you break down in tears, we want to know, but please bear the following in mind:

All items are printed to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or are unhappy with the style or size of the garment.

If we’ve made a mistake with the style/size of the garment, or the actual print, we will send out a replacement and cover all associated costs. Please send a quick snap of your item/s, (with the size & print visible), to help and we’ll make it right.

Please check the sizing charts carefully, and take a moment to measure your parts.

Specs can vary between different tshirt styles and we want you to get the best fit for you.

Our printers still employ the vintage machines known as humans, they tend to be warmer and occasionally have a better sense of humour than the bots, but they still err. If you notice a mistake in your order, please let us know right away and we will make it right. 

Who are one tree planted?

One Tree Planted is an environmental charity which plants trees all around the world.

At IRUSU we try to tread lightly on the earth, but the production of our products inevitably has an impact. Consequently, we have chosen to partner with One Tree Planted to offset some of this impact. One dollar plants one tree, therefore that is the pledge we make; for each item sold IRUSU will donate a dollar to reforestation projects around the world.

Where are your products sourced / produced?

Our products come from NZ company AS Colour.
They are a brand to whom, “doing the right thing” has been a guiding principle from the get go. Being a good ‘corporate’ citizen, with an eye to focusing on the human rights of those who produce their products has always been a priority for them as a company.

They have implemented a Responsible Sourcing Strategy and this year have made some amendments to their Code of Conduct to reinforce their zero tolerance position around bonded labour which unfortunately is inherent in some sourcing countries. They employ an experienced Ethical Sourcing specialist to shape and prioritise their business and supply chain strategies. Handpicking factories with safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions.

Factories: 

There is 100% traceability of all garment suppliers. The supply chain is composed of 16 factories in total with 9 key factories. 100% of the garment factories have been visited and audited and have the highest degree of transparency and engagement.
